People’s guard! New hero belongs to that faction

There are 2 heroes this month both are from different faction

Shivs will be available thru co ops, the other new hero you can only acquire from gilded crate. It will be People’s Guard this next faction. The hero available in the co ops is always the next faction.

Didn’t we just have people’s guard in July?

I think it’s the third time in less than a year. I can’t even remember when magistrates was the featured faction.
