Never seem to be able to ever hit a headshot on him even after spraying a whole auto clip on him spread out to cover all areas or with steady sniper shots. I’m quite convinced he doesn’t have a programmed ‘head’ area in his char.
Your observations are correct. This is reason 67 out of 899 to why Galante is OP.
