Heroes like Halo can’t stack her Plat more than 1 but Ronin’s attack buff boosts himself even if the HP buff can’t be doubled. But when paired with another Ronin in Coops, only one Ronin will get the max boosts while the other will be stuck at one charge. Intended or bug?
