Yes! If they give you a known issue response, that means it’s a known issue, and you’re being looked after in some way, depending on the context of the situation.
Is this default compensation of 300 gold given to everyone supposed to cover the pvp rewards issues or is that still being worked out? I ranked 45 in champion and received the worst possible rewards. So I’m hoping this is still being addressed.
The 300 gold was given as compensation for the server outage, please contact support if you did not get your tourney rewards
I have twice both tickets were closed. This topic is for pvp rewards error not all the rest of the bogus stuff from this past Sunday. I’ve never cared to be compensated as that implies getting something in addition, i just wanted what I’ve earned and haven’t received.
