Order of priority for PVP store:

Gammond
Matador
Maven
Clyde
Pris
Richter
Spectre
This is my opinion, but most generally share a similar list. The last 3 or 4 are only worth it if they fit a specific roll. Those are usually not key to a team, but can be good if you are F2P and need some more for second/third teams.

Maven is a good counter for gold mandrake. She has a silence that disables his gold skill.
Not a bad idea. I hear Nightingale is actually a good counter to Mandrake too. With her mark skill, you can focus him down quickly to make his gold ineffective. In that way, Nightingale is good for quite a few prime targets like Mandrake, Gammond, and Savage.
