I just redownloaded this game after quiting a few years ago. What are the new good characters that I should be on the lookout for and do I have any good teams that i could make with my current heroes?

Good move. Here it’s easier to ask for help. You could do vip too but i guess you might not have spend money on the game
He is vip2 …I guess his server isn’t in english vip chat.
