Any good combo hero with MK for PVP other than Oracle and Min?
Mk2? I have tried it with francoise. High fire rate means more crits. Maybe add caine. Or moss. Pretty fun to use
You can also use commander with duran and luciana. Insane fire rate

Does fire rate increase cooldown of skills?
More fire rate should make it easier to charge any hero’s bronze skill.

No. In some terms it does. Having a higher fire rate means you can use your bronze more. Resulting in a possible stun lock if you cancel the animation.
Besides min and oracle only luciana boosts cooldown. She’s good elemental support too so that works well with the nuke
