Yes, all of the mentioned ones still trigger.

Maven’s Neurotoxin shouldn’t trigger. Sapphyr’s mortal rift might trigger it, since it’s not technically damage from her basic attack. Artemis’ Chimera rounds would trigger it for the bio chem damage over time, but other than that, I don’t think her arrows would.
However, looks like it needs to be tested in duels
