10 extra gems per 20k power you play at. Maybe capped at 30gems.
Might help with min maxing
Better get 50 wins with 100 gems than 20 with 120.
Conclusion is, it wouldn’t help.
the idea increasing pvp gems is okay
but it wouldn’t help min/maxing or sandbagging
probably make it even worse
