It’s in the options. Though I also tried contacting support about reimbursing me for accidental purchase (Before they implemented confirmations) but was not entertained.
If it is a direct purchase like gold, you can also contact apple/google. That’s usually the level of escalation since the support in this game is pretty much a copy paste team esp for these kinds of issue.
Google gives refunds for 48 hours even DLC, after that window you need to beg… apple has a similar window, for them just say it was false advertising as reason and instant refund
