I had one account in a private message and then I switched accounts and there were three accounts in one private message chat.

You didn’t message with both accounts. When you swap accounts it keeps the messages loaded. You are using 2 accounts on the same device so to load the right chat for the right account you have to hard restart the game. They can’t see all the messages like that and see messages from 2 separate PMs
