This just happened again! I waited for over 3 minutes while the system “searching for opponent”. I go fed up and decided to press “back out”, again it just hang there for another 3 minutes! So I shut down tha App and re-initiate the game only to find out I had lost a battle without knowing!
I am sure this has happened to many other players, it certainly happen to many times. I simply don’t understand why is it so difficult for the developer to sort it out.

If this happens again, can you do me a favor and submit a help ticket to Player Support? Tap Profile -> Support -> Contact Us.
Our Player Support department can generate a bug report with your device information and logs, which makes it much easier to identify why this issue is happening to you.
