Seeing the skill which he can summon two dispensers reminds me of Castellan, except that Torque focuses on support, and Castellan focuses on both offense and defense.

There’s always a secondary support faction
Looks like shank appearance and Caine type skills. He could be a hero you see lots in pvp. Or if they got it wrong he could be a klayton. Don’t expect to see much bounty points from him. But all other events I’m sure he’ll be prominent
