Please help!!! I cannot get past this error message!!!
Obviously now you can’t contact support from your game…
Do you have your account linked to Facebook? You should be able to recover it after a reinstall if so.

I do have my account linked to my Facebook… still scared to re-install 
I found a thread on the forum from a year ago; from what I have read it may be a way for support to fix it without me re-installing… hoping it is handled swiftly as I am completely missing out on my war

We also have other ways to contact support if you can’t get into the game. Everybody should take the time to read the FAQ thoroughly!
