The “Role Warfare: Health and Healing” change was the first step in a multi-layered topic we are addressing over time 
With areas like Hero Balance we are introducing things over time to make sure we get it right.
We will be addressing other areas, like DPS, over time. We will be posting Role Warfare updates (Similar to the first one) whenever we plan to do large-scale updates like it again, so look out for those! We want to keep you guys in the loop as much as we can.
