Bug in the PVP reward

I can’t reach the In-game support through the option provided. But I will write a mail to the e-mail Address provided to reach them .

Don’t know if this happening with all , but I received the same PVP reward for 5th consecutive time now and it keeps repeating . Don’t know what to do , Tried restarting the game . This looks a serious issue to me , so I reported it here immediately.

Unless you’ve been banned, you can absolutely reach support. “Reach” is very different from “get an instant, definitive response.”
