Well, apparently both events were just 4 days apart. My memory is way better than I thought 
But there is nothing in July Calendar that suggests August would be Morlock’s month, so I don’t think you can use calendars to build a pattern.
The only pattern we really have is that the new hero belongs to the featured faction. Wesson will be UAF, so it should be UAF month, again.
No way to know until we get September’s calendar or update, though.
